Jesta specifies the anticipated antenna loading for a specific tower based on the projected future demand for the site, the height of the tower, the surrounding topographic conditions, and the local foliage. After designating an antenna load, we then have an engineer registered in the State in which the tower will be constructed, design the tower and foundation in compliance with the latest revision of the E.I.A. code. The design is kept on record and reviewed for compliance when a new tenant places antennas on the tower.
